The only problem I am having is neighbors' noise complaints upstairs from me all types of hours after 10 pm. The office is saying it's basically not in their control to do much but I feel like its more to be done about this situation. It's affecting my family's well-being and peace which is a problem. The office needs to do more about this situation.

My car has been towed 3 times and they leave the knowledge of this by putting out flyers in the buildings that are covered up sometimes by other flyers instead of including the link to register your car in the lease. Their app includes a vehicle information section that is connected to nothing and will still get your car towed.

I‘m interested in leasing with this apartment. Have scheduled tour twice online and called three times on different days, but couldn't get to speak with any of the leasing agents and never receive any follow up as well. Not sure why so many people commented responsive for management team here.
