Currently ending my lease term early due to homeless individuals practically living outside the door it’s a complete safety hazard, police don’t show management doesn’t do enough. Security sits in the back parking lot and does nothing. I building is extremely nasty over the weekends Parking is costly Building is also used for air bnb purposes which has giving individuals the opportunity to destroy and leave Lots of weed smoking inside and outside the building Drug traffic has also been a late trend 2100$ monthly not worth it at all

Vim and Vigor is such a great place to live! I have lived here for two years, and I have loved every second of it. Amenities and location are fantastic, and the staff is wonderful, especially Maisey since she is super helpful for anything you need at any time. Maintenance staff is also very quick and super nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to live downtown Milwaukee.

The Vim & Vigor Lofts Apartments was a perfect location in downtown Milwaukee close to the Fiserv Forum, restaurants, and bars. My neighbors were pretty cool and respectful across all floors. The noise insulation in my apartment is solid. Throughout my whole year living here, I couldn't hear anyone blasting music, or I didn't get any noise complaints myself. The management team is impeccable. There was one person in particular that stood out the most: Herbie. He is currently the lead maintenance manager that oversees the apartment. Whenever I used to have an issue in my apartment, the maintenance crew would show up in less than 24 hours. It was truly incredible. Herbie was always attentive and friendly and went the extra mile to make any necessary accommodations. The apartment has a breath-taking rooftop view and space that gives you a clear picture of all downtown buildings. It also has a fire pit and ample space to gather with friends or family members for any cookouts. The apartment offers surface and underground parking. I suggest parking underground for extra security purposes. But if you do outside, there will be security on sight after 9 pm. I will miss this place but have to move on with my professional and educational career. I would highly recommend Vim & Vigor Lofts Apartments.
