I saw an employee at a desk inside during business hours , I called I knocked, no dice. I went back a day or two later and got know where, I was dressed business casual both visits but no response. I assume they have no vacancies?!?

The Apartments are beautiful, great location and the Manager Jen is Wonderful, the whole staff is outstanding, very helpful, caring, understanding, and do all they can to make the process getting you a Apartment less stressful, also even helping you with the Application process. Soon God Willing, this will be my New Home, after living somewhere else for 12 1/2 years, it was hard, but this was my choice, to move here, hoping to be safe, comfortable, Content for years to come, after researching all the Beatiful Lofts in Jacksonville, I chose Lofts at Murray Hill, also thanks to WRH, they are the best in Jacksonville! I was under WRH years ago. And Jen , you are awesome 👏, great thanks to you!

The physical building I have no issues with. Since Cece hasn’t been on staff the customer service of the office staff has sunken subpar. Gary is amiable, however, there seems to be quite a few things that he isn’t very knowledgeable about so he has to defer to Jennifer. Now, I understand being the office manager that Jennifer is busy but not so busy to the point where you can’t return a call after 2 weeks of constantly trying to get in contact with you. If you are the only one with answers you should be better manage time to respond to blunders, especially those on your part. That, or stop gatekeeping information and take the time to bring Gary up to par. When dealing with money and people’s financial records you ought not to be as blasé as you both are coming off. They always answer the phone with “You matter at the Lofts at Murray Hill” but in all fairness and honesty you do not matter to them at all.
