No one answers the phone. Their phone answering system/ procedures are appalling. The front desk should answer the phone as any medical office does-as soon as it rings. I do not recommend this office as they need to make some serious changes to the way they assist their patients in their time of need.

Special thanks to Rebecca for her recent help when we had covid in our household. Her quick action and recommendations were key to helping us get better fast and mitigating the virus from being worse. Her assistant, Lisa I think is her name, was amazingly helpful as well! The business itself could use some better management around the front desk and their phone system which is absolutely maddening when you need something.

Finally found a place with worse service than the cable company! Doctors are nice and smart, but it's impossible to speak to anyone. No one ever answers the phone or returns voice messages. They don't even allow you to wait on hold but force you to do everything on a "portal" that seems to send requests into a black hole. It doesn't matter how good the doctors are if it's impossible to reach a human when you need something - especially when its urgent. Today I called about 10 times - even called multiple offices to try and get anyone to answer. CRICKETS. Was super happy about this practice, but will look elsewhere.
