Loved my time at Broadstone River House and wish I was able to stay longer! It all starts with the staff, who were super amazing from the get-go, whether it be via email, over the phone or in person. The complex is absolutely stunning with amazing common areas and even more stunning views of the river. And what gym membership? The workout room is state of the art and better than most gyms! I always felt safe and love the secure garage access. Lastly, the apartments are so modern and clean. The upkeep at Broadstone is top notch. It was like living in a resort. I would highly recommend living here. Very competitive pricing and VERY worth it. This will be the first place I will look at again should I need a place to live in Jacksonville again.

Apartment complex like no other in Jacksonville Florida it truly feels like home. The community is great, staffing is awesome great service at all times, very warm and welcoming. They even gave me a bottle of wine, and other goodies on my move in day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to call home!!!!!!!!!!!
