They literally never answer their phones and nobody's ever in office. Me and my boyfriend spent money to rent a home here last year and everything and after they got our money they stopped talking to us. Honestly I wouldn't chance it ever again Hun your better off looking elsewhere.

They do not rent you must buy a home and rent the lot . I do not know how much lot rent is but I would guess around 300
