The community is fine but the property managers have allowed my unit to go without electricity due to a wiring issue. This occurred on 7/6. The HOA is aware of the situation but their priority is the aesthetics of the property. Apparently none of the HOA fees are available when it comes to emergencies.

My wife and I just moved here from our rural home in Asheville, Ohio to be closer to our Children. The whole complex is very quiet and we are blessed with good neighbours. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance crew's are proactive! Looking forward to spending our retirement years here!
