The gym is fine, albeit cramped. But on two occasions, I paused my membership. The gym resumed it, without any sort of notification when they did. They refused to issue refunds despite a total lack of use. When I decided to cancel around September 15th, the gym told me they were going to charge me for October as well and claimed there's nothing they could do about it. There are bigger gyms for better prices that don't resort to blatantly dishonest billing practices. Skip this place, go somewhere that treats customers better. UPDATE: After I posted this review, this gym's general manager emailed me the following: "I will be more than happy to contact the legal team at Google with the false information you posted ... I will also look into legal recourse for libel if you do not remove the review." He also refused to identify any inaccurate statement in my review. Ask yourself: do you want to sign a contract with this? UPDATE 2: Not only did Snap force me to purchase an October membership, but the manager got so mad about my bad review and related complaints that he banned me from Columbus-area Snap locations. For that reason, I demoted this to one star. Trust me, my friends, go work out elsewhere.

Aside from some parking challenges which come with the neighborhood, this gym is perfect. I live close enough that I normally walk anyway as a warm up. I've had to work with management a few times over the last 5 years or so and found everyone reasonable to work with and prompt to respond to issues.

Really glad I gave this gym a try. They make the most of the space and offer a nice variety of equipment to get me moving. The staff/members are friendly and make it seem like a little community which I appreciate too.

I really wanted to like this place because of the proximity and because my insurance covers it. But, unfortunately I can't recommend it. First, it's uncomfortably small... which I could have dealt with if they didn't cram the machines so close together. I felt like I was violating others' personal space and them mine. Being that close to someone's breathing and sweating without masks didn't feel great especially considering COVID. The biggest issue to me was the noise pollution... What I mean by that is it's just sooo insanely loud when you have more than one person using a treadmill at the same time. I couldn't even hear my music through my headphones. I think the noise is because of the space / poor insulation but also the old, outdated machines produce a lot of noise. The treadmill closest to the door in particular will drive a person crazy. It clearly needs some maintenance because it produces this crazy loud squeaky / nails-on-a-chalkboard type sound when in use. I was debating between Snap and Fitness Loft but the latter is a clear winner.
