Overall a fantastic gym. I’ve never had a gym that had every piece of equipment that I want and more. Tons of cardio equipment as well. Broken equipment is fixed quickly. Eucalyptus steam sauna and a regular sauna. Clean gym and friendly for beginners or experienced lifters. Can get busy in the evenings, but no where close to as bad as the Dublin lifetime. I’m not sure how the reviews on this place are so low. It’s without a doubt the best gym in the area if you’re willing to pay the price. The average review on this place is low on google so I’m here to add another 5 star. Some people just love to complain about nothing. I’ve never used childcare or any of the classes so I can’t review those.

Really nice resistance machines to work out most muscle groups. Nice free weight area. Staff members are nice people. When you meet with your PT for the first time, they will try to sell you up to $800 per month of training time so be cautious when you sit down with them.

Holiday hours are usually shortened, but the only holiday they actually close for entirely is Christmas. I was out of town so I didn't look, but they will post their hours at the front desk prior to a holiday.

I pay almost $55/month. I believe you can go to other locations, but this one is so convenient to me that I never tried.
