Jordan was the best. He and Mike were able to get me the car I wanted and their energy made the process so much better than anything I’ve had in the past. Thank you! 😊

I was very impressed with Jason knowledge and professionalism. I liked him within 15mins of meeting him and felt comfortable with his demeanor. I will tell all my coworkers about my experience at Germain Mazda especially about Jason and his 5STAR service.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best customer experience I ever had buying a car! Alec was honest, straightforward, and reliable. He constantly communicated with me and responded to my concerns in a speedy manner. The overall experience was enjoyable and fast, and the prices were by far the best in town. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Germain Mazda to everyone I know.

Questions & Answers

Where can I get my headliner repaired for my Mazda 6?

You can call the dealership Mazda and the probably can recommend the best headliner professional.

I have a 2010 mazda 3 isport and the dash seems to be melting or very tacky. Is this something that they are able to fix?

Yes, they can replace but for what it cost. It's better do a trade in. And don't do a car dealer. Go to where they have car wrecks places. Collision

Do they repair flat tires?

I can confirm they will charge for it, even if you bought the car there. I really do like their service department but this isn't something I would recommend having them do. You can pick up a tire repair kit just about anywhere for under $10 and they're not that hard to use. If you do decide to have it professionally repaired I strongly recommend having it patched, not plugged (this does require wheel and tire removal).
