The areas very nice and clean the only downfall is the street signs are barely readable if you don't know where you're going you will never find it by those sides they are faded and old looking

There should be, If you have ok credit and no evictions. Most of these condominiums are privately owned. Most have lived back here for years and years. One person I know who owns several back here and does rent them out his name is James Hartman he is the president currently of Woodbrook association. He would be the one you could talk to and see if he has any open rentals. I don't have his personal number however He's listed as the president for Woodbrook and you can call the office. As far as I know, they do not accept section 8 vouchers or anything having to do with CMHA. I could be wrong though. Sometimes if you drive through the complex you will see for rent signs out in some of the condos. I know they have one, two and three bedroom floor plans, some of the condos are even two story.
