Glassdoor type review: Pretty middle of the road work culture, has it's problems with pay scale discrepancies, would rather fire employees than fix problems, most jobs there are basically temporary contracts and project based. Sneaking around their campus to see all the buildings, vaults, infrastructure, libraries, & tech is probably the best part of working there for those with curious minds. Having Battelle on your resume is a huge plus though! Manages to do awesome work in science, R&D, technology and engineering of all kinds there. Has a huge outreach in community/Conservation/environmental/humanitarian works. Does shady and unethical things too as expected from a engineering firm that has been around since the 1920s. just glad that they stopped dismantling nukes in the middle of Columbus (for the most part) If you ever seen all the employees outside without food/drink it's from another "Unknown chemical spill"... 7/10: would recommend to people looking for a stepping stone in their careers
