Custom Air installed a mini split system in our 100 year old home when other companies declined the job due to our home's age and structure. Horrible company. Charged $1-2k a year for repairs that never worked for more than a few days, then $17k for a new unit that arrived over a month late. Do not use.

I highly recommend Custom Air, especially their rep Corey. They are honest, fair, responsive and great to work with. It is hard to know what companies you can trust and rely on today and Custom Air is definitely great to work with. They recently replaced our furnace and the process was as easy as it could have been.

Hello, Your Custom Management Service Plan agrees to provide two (2) complete, semi-annual preventative maintenance inspections per year to you, our valued customer. A skilled, qualified Custom Service Technician, who is trained to make your air conditioning and heating equipment to operate as efficiently and economically as possible, will perform your Custom Management Service.
