I stayed here with my kids and they had the BEST time!! They loved all the camp activities—they did tie dye, the river mining rocks, a scavenger hunt, and a chocolate pudding eating contest (exactly as hilarious as it sounds). Doris hosted a bunch of our activities and she was a total delight!! We also loved the evening s’mores and ice cream social. We stayed in one of the camping cabins with a sleeping loft and it was perfect for our group of four, with room to spare. The cabin and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The location was great right on the river, and an easy drive into Littleton for a nice lunch and shopping afternoon. The KOA was bustling with late August campers, so don’t go here if you are looking for a super quiet place, but if you’ve got kids they will be begging to go back as soon as possible.

Stayed at this KOA for the first time and absolutely loved the river front sites. You don’t find a lot of sites that close to a river with full hookups. The campground was very clean, had a nice play area for kids, lots of activities and the staff was incredibly friendly. The proximity to Littleton is great as well. We will definitely be back next year.

Loved being on the river! Wish we would have stayed more than one night , but we were just passing through the area. Clean and well maintained grounds. Dog friendly! Would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The river is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, the facilities are clean, but this is not a tent camper's campground. The first night my husband and I were on a nice secluded site on the river. The site was so close to the road that we had a hard time sleeping. You can hear street noise from literally every inch of this campground. For our second night, we moved to one of the walk-in sites at the very back of the campground. It was very pretty! On the river, very private. After a day there, we realized there was poison ivy everywhere. Not just in the overgrowth at the boarders of the site (which is completely to be expected) but also sprouting from the ground on the site itself. We decided not to stay our third night, and they did not refund the cost of the night we didn't stay ($49, $12 more than the other local campground). My husband left with a huge spot of poison ivy on his leg. Overall I wish we had not stayed here and would recommend that other tent campers look elsewhere.

A little late, but no we do not have seasonal. If you see campers here for a long periods at a time they are work campers here for the season.
