I never been so disrespectful in my life and that old lady its so rude screaming at me like what did I do I just ask a simple question I get it shes old but she needs to learn . All she does its scream to people specially Latinos . Shes always Yelling at them with bad attitude making faces . Like what being races towards them ? She treats them bad . But if it wasn’t for that young guy idk what would Of happen today .

Horrible experience will never come again. First their employee Janette puts up her own rules and doesn’t allow the people to enter and get supples. We are to wait outside in lobby in the heat, while she’s inside without her mask. Once I approached she complained about my child with disabilities being too loud. Then she yelled at me about my child with disabilities being too loud and not having my items ready. How can I have my items ready if she doesn’t allow anyone to enter. After I was ready I approached the window and she was rude asking if I had been vaccinated. It’s not her business and what does that have to do with mail services?. Janette is clearly not handling business well with long line and a rude attitude. She needs to retire and this post office needs to hire people who are great in customer service and work quickly. No wonder their ratings are low #retirejanette

Came in to get stamps and the lady at the counter screams at me saying there’s too many people in there! There was one other guy filling out an envelope and no one else. Please do not waste your time with this horrible customer service experience. I left and never coming back! And by look of other reviews I’m not the only one.

WORST customer service! The old lady that works here needs to retire because she has zero patience, has an attitude, and is bluntly rude. This post office needs to hire someone that has patience! I understand that people have bad days but I have visited this location and it is ridiculous. Please work on improving with your staff.

Yes but not all locations do passports. Go to https://www.usps.com/international/passports.htm to find a location and get instructions on what you need to do.
