Bad service specially with the mail delivery system I have been having problems with that I have found my mail thrown on the floor or just left somewhere and I dont understand why when I have a mail box that and because of that recently my mail has gone missing was waiting on my check never arrived when I called to see what happened I was told someone had the nerve to cash it and when I asked the post office people they answer me with I don't know anything and since then we have not received any mail in home and we are expecting important mail they need to check there employees and see what's going on

I dont understand the bad reviews, those with bad reviews want things done quick. Homeboy in there has a great customer service. The ladies are helpful as well. This damm 1 star reviews are from people who want to go in n out of the place in 1 minute.

Call the main post office number for a better more thorough response.
When did you receive the notification in informed delivery?have someone in your household moved recently?

Yes they do
No, they photograph you on the spot.
If you shipped an item, you should have recieved a tracking number via email. If you didn't recieve one, i suggest you go in person to explain your situation. If you were expecting mail, you can go online and request a lost item/item search
