You have to use a machine to get a receipt for prepaid return labels. Machine does not work and staff so rude and “idgaf about you or our broken machine”, especially the blonde woman

Horrible service in person and they never answer their phones. The clerk was not friendly when I went in to retrieve a lost package that I was told was at the facility. Told me she didn’t have the credentials to help me which I understand but she then told me the supervisor would call me and I’ve never heard back. I’ve called upwards of 20 times this past week not once did they answer. My package is still lost and I can’t even get ahold of them to ask the supervisor more details about where my “retrieved” lost package is. I’ve lost $100’s of dollars worth of items and doesn’t seem that anyone wants to help. The workers at this location seemed bothered that they had to help me and one rolled her eyes as if I was acting out of line for asking her to look. I was immediately dismissed and given a piece of paper to write my name and number on. Since then I haven’t heard back.

wow that woman at the window really took the time to help me get what i needed. they were busy all sorts of folks were cutting the line & trying to get up there first. she redirected people politely. then updated some stock in the computer so i could get what i needed at that post office location ! wow this is not even my regular or neighborhood post office. thank you !!!! wow !!! #customerservice #excellent

I visited here to buy stamps and had a delightful conversation with an employee about landscape photography. We spoke about composition and excellent locations around LA for superb landscape photos. It made my day and I will remember it forever.

No need to make an appointment to send any kind of mail.
I think they will hold it a week maybe more. But if it's mail you have to go pick up and want I'm not sure why you would wait. I would say don't wait two weeks and assume it will be there.
