I wish I Could have gave them Zero Star. Please do not come to this place. My wife is extremely sick and after 5 hour of waiting in emergency one of the nurse informed me it will be a 16 hour wait and also they will not be able to provide any bed for the patient. After you provide insurance still you have to wait 16 hour. We pay a lot of taxes in this state. Hopefully someday we will be able to get help until then please do your research.

Thank you to all the nurses and doctor that helped me!! I been feeling worse and worse since Thursday. I felt like I was dying, went to white memorial ER on sat and was sent home with just medication. I got worse every day and knew something was wrong. My body and mind were giving up on me!! So I tried ER LAC USC and I'm so thankful I did go! I feel revive! And so much better!! The nurses and doctor were great and so caring and heard my plead of help!! Thank you so much. 😭😭😭

To preface, I am a hospital healthcare worker. We came on a Sunday night. I say this because the timing of your visit will affect your wait time. Full moons and Friday nights will be busy, you may have a longer wait time because there are sicker people who held on to their problems until the weekend. My husband was in excruciating pain, so he was seen immediately. Promptly got appropriately dosed pain meds. His nurse was still under orientation, so understand that the "inattentive" nurses at this teaching hospital may be brand new. Same with physicians. Obviously excellent care is a right and not a privilege, but this is a teaching hospital, hence the higher prevalence of new providers. Anyways our nurses were amazing. They allowed me at bedside as soon as they had triaged + controlled some of his pain (<45 min, quite quick). Everything was done promptly (and no one cared that I am a nurse - which is actually a good thing) All in all, from ED to add on surgery (possible because this is a trauma I teaching hospital with ready to go surgeons) to surgical obs to home, everything was taken care of in 24hrs. My husband received great care. Thank you ED nurses, Dr surgeon, and surgical obs nurse. Edit - lot 5 is free, but man try to show up as early as possible because this place get filled FAST + spots are tight. We were lucky to find a spot after making some rounds, but seriously could not figure out where the alternative lots were.

LAC/USC Medical Center 🏥 Los Angeles California. ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) Department.- State of the art facility, excellent service, professional, expedited fast attention. I was very pleased with the diagnosis, next step is to correct hearing problems. Thank you Rachel. EPB

Specism the emergency service ..... it takes more than two hours for you to tend and one more hour for the doctor to look at you ........ and one with strong pains ...... stand up that there is only one doctor tending to all those people who arrive ..... lousy servi
Yes
Absolutely 💯 YES! You my dear have the right to decide who where and how you receive your medical treatment. Just another great thing about America. This is a beautiful thing that is going to happen for your family to bring another life to this world. Why would you want to be anything but happy and comfortable while doing it? Good luck! If it's a boy name him after me, Donnie!! LoL
Can't access to the building, unless it's a Life threatening decision... like sign in documents, permission to surgery in case patient is not responding or capable.... other than that, just can request to drop off some essential clothes for ready to be home
They have a department of record at lac USC medical center . Clinic tower ( building A) second floor 2D
It depends on your condition, people with more serious problems are seen first, Sunday is the best day to go.
You should go to the ER they might be able to help you file to file for medical if you are low income.
It's better if you go to Al Medical Records
Not realy
Yes go to the lac+usc emergency room asap like tonight ok
I imagine that if there are people in the elevators there are people giving cenisa
I think Oncology is on the second floor
Yes if you got insurance obama care or you can make a plan payment
It does not have to be recommended that is a lie go to the emergency it is open 24 hours a day
I could not tell you where it is located in the operating room but you can ask one of the security they speak Spanish so there will be no problem.
You can be seen in the emergency room without an ID then social workers can help there
You can't. Hip surgery is not an emergency.
That's the county hospital
Not many good doctors at LACUSC. No good Spanish doctor, no good English doctor for your PCP @ primary care East and primary care west and obgyn.
You have to go personally to the administration
The pedestrian will tell you much better what to do good luck
Food flowers balloons
It has a good service as far as health is concerned, and in an emergency it is true that one has to wait several hours sometimes, but they give you a good diagnosis and a good treatment.
Just go ahead and call the hospital and ask about your friend and what room/section of the hospital he is in.
if you receive it
Take him to the emergency room for evaluation
You need to go first with a primary doctor to refer you to a specialist because that way you cannot make an appointment directly
Yes you can be seen by a dr.
Also don't forget your vaccination card or a negative test. You will not be allowed without any of them
Hi am new to this place
Yes, you are allowed .
2051 Marengo St
It really depends on how busy the ER is. It may be quicker to to be seen at an urgent care clinic. If you call your closest urgent care, they should be able to give you a time estimate.
Not quite sure, they're offering one set of clothes for those who gets discharged, regarding the bed most likely be no,in some exception maybe but it could be different than the one in the hospital room
It sounds like she needs abuterol
They may have payment plans, most health care providers have, now I would recommend to place a phone call ahead, before visit...but if symptoms are severe to the point of gum infection, I would suggest to go right away. Before gets worse
Yes
I'm not sure. Go to emergency. Put emphasis of the pain levels, they should be able to get assistance
Yes
Yes its a county hospital
No
When you go to an emergency they attend you and from there they transfer you to the specialist or clinic of Oncology, I only have to tell you good luck.
You should stop drinking first of all, its obviously affecting your health. Yes go to the ER especially if you were spitting up blood.
It's always best to call before you go to be sure.
Call this number (323) 409 1000 to ask for more information ok luck.
1100 N State St Ste A4E Los Angeles, CA 90033
Call administration
I don't understand Portuguese, I think that's your language, sorry.
Sure ... on the first floor there they will give you information
Best to go to the Emergency! ASAP!
Yes
This is a great hospital but anything pediatric related I would recommend you check with CHLA first.
By Federal Law they cannot refuse to see you on the first visit, or subsequent Emergency visits. They will stabilize you and possibly send you to another department before releasing you. If you need to see a Neurologist urgently they may send you to that department, it depends on the urgency of the matter. But by all means if she continues to be in pain she should go to the Emergency there at the General Hospital.
Be more expecif
When something like this happens, it is advisable to go straight to the emergency room and there they will flood you faster and go to the right place for your need. Good luck for your new baby and everything goes well for you and your wife ok 👌
Yes I think so..
Yes. The first thing is to go to emergencies, there they will guide you, luck!
Also yellow for people in danger of falling (people with walker or cane)
Some time ago when I have an emergency, I go to any other hospital except there ... and my primary doctor is there and it's very good ... but for emergency, you die waiting.
That depending on the infection of the tooth
It is possible if you have an ID ... but if not ... you have to report it where they gave it to you
You can go to the emergency if you feel the need
You can go urgent care they are open Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 7pm
I learned not to emerge there, one night I arrived 9 pm I spent all night there giving me two tylennol every so often ... dr.ve saw 7 am and I had an ovarian cancer ... for emergency I visit any other hospital not that one. .. Good Samaritan maximum 4 hours according to the condition ... luck.bendition
Better to be cautious ... if I were to go to emergency ... do not wait and leave doubts.benditions🙏🙏
Of course you can but it might be best to call, and explain your intentions, and see if they are working the day and time you plan to visit.
You can contact Kaiser by telephone and ask them what you need to do.
Building A
Of course they can move it ... in LAC, they can take care of it and there they give their emergency medical ...
8pm ... but it depends how this patient, let a person or family stay at night ..
Marengo and state. At marengo you can park your car, in the parking facility, free of charge!
Go to the ER and they will sign you up for emergency medical. Then you should be ok. They will help you.
Of course they do you can go
No they are a county hospital. No one is turned away. If they don't they help apply for other insurance. But she will definitely be seen.
Yes!
Just going Google and found hospital phone number make a call someone available to answer your questions
You ask about emergency medical
Unfortunately for the patients who are being discharged try have to wait a while mean while transportation is available to take them to the lobby the inpatient who require transportation to x-rays or other specialty test areas have priority to this service.
I work here at LAC-USC. They do offer oncology treatment depending on what your mothers current situation is. I hope this helps.
What days can I got referred to the dental clinic
Depending if they are in ER depends on the patient/ Regular 9pm
Gonto the emergency room
The truth is that they can help you, because it is a state hospital, but you should go to the emergency room for the dates it is the best place to attend you
Customer service
You might have an inner ear problem. See an ear and nose specialist.
Pass consultation and then make payment arrangements
Go to the records department on the 2nd floor above the pharmacy. All you need is your ID & hospital card if you have it.
They can perform it especially if it's an emergency but the question is, how it will be paid for if it's not covered by insurance? They could just bill you but call and ask.
I would call the hospital and ask if your sister can give authorization over the phone
Yes. Primary Care is first medical attention
You must go to Urgent Care during the week, according to the evaluation you are referred to the emergency and they have the last word
You can go at Urgent Care. LAC-USC. 2051 Marengo St, Los Angeles, CA 90033
Emergency
Need to call USC Medical Center medical records for sure you'll find it there
I was there the other day until 730pm and it seemed they were really committed to fixing my eye. I was uncomfortable with one doctor then another so they found a third one and that one was what I needed, it was an Amazing difference!! They didn't stop until it was right, they cared about fixing me more than they cared about themselves being viewed as the hero. Thank you for the objectivity. They also took an ultrasound to test my eye which was way more comfortable for me than the light/eye proding method. Is ultrasound new for eyes? it seems they were training on it. SF general hosputal didnt use this on me. It seems promising, less painful and uncomfortable for the patient. They didnt use the test results and relied on the light/proding method - i hope ultrasound works in the future!
Can call lausc and ask
I'll try that home remedy because I've gone to three dentist today and no help unfortunately...they all said theres a two or three month waiting list for wisdom tooth extraction
In the clinic tower building on State St, 2nd floor.
It's true what Jessy Vazques says. Don't be discouraged, God will help you. Blessings.
If they can attend you but you have to pay out of your purse by not having medical Not at that time but the bill will arrive at the address you provide

If you never have insulin in the past is only to bring your sugar level down. After that if you keep it under control you not need insulin to be taking. I was there for 7 days. Im pre- diabetic the give some insulin the first day after that my sugar was normal. Right now Im not taking any pills for diabetis or any kind of insulin. Just watch your diet to keep it under control. Thats what I do everyday.
Yes. Go to County/USC. You go to the emergency room. You wait. You wait. You wait. And finally after several hours you get taken to the back and you see a county doctor and some of the county doctors are great. Others are not. But the county doctor will have no problem doing tons of tests and radiology to figure out what is wrong with you and if the doctor is not sure then he or she will go to the back and his supervising instructor doctor will know what to do. The doctor has to get your diagnosis signed off before you can leave. If you have insurance then you go somewhere else, unless you like waiting. I recommend Cedars Sinai.
Nothing is free. And yes they have MRI labs. This is County hospital for LA residents.
This employee works at your hospital, Badge number 641940. He has tried to intimidate and harass us
I had my widom teeth removed when i was young. Go see a dentist.
County USC hospital will take anybody. If you are a human them you will get treatment from county. It is excellent treatment but if you have a job or insirance or you don't like waiting then go somewhere else. A trip to that hospital takes a day.
Ponte en sus zapatos para que las entiendas.Do you work in that posición?Do you work 8×8hours a day?👌 some time that Ladies Do over time.pleases understand.!!!
Not sure. They will probably pull teeth and give painkillers
251,252, 70 and a dash... Also ablock
go to information desk , its in 3rd floor
There is prescription headache medicine you can get for migraines. Don't go to County. Go to urgent care for something like that; then if the medicine does not work then you go to the emergency room.
yes pharmacy open 24 hrs
I don't think so.
Hard to say, but you should give them a call
as long as they provide needed info to the pharmacy
If you need information from LA County / USC Medical center you have to go to the records department at the hospital. This is a county facility. They don't answer the phone. And if you have to order medical records they will take about 8 weeks before you receive anything.
LA County USC does mostly walkins. It is primarily for people with no health insurance. You walk in, you sit, and you wait. All hospitals take walkins
Yes they can
yep they are on Turesdays
They probably at the very least have a hand surgeon available but not necessarily regularly, however if you call, you could probably get a referral.
You won't get fast treatment of you go to LA County USC. You go there if you have no insurance. They will provide the necessary help, but there are waiting lists and the help might take months to get. Most likely the dentists there will just pull teeth and give dentures. And the pharmacy takes 4 to 5 hours. Only go there if there are no other options.
sorry 2 hear that. call the hospital. hope all get well
It is better that you go straight to the emergency room of this hospital because appointments take too long
ya they have everything. contact them.
As longer u don't add sugar and you have the diabetes under control yes hihi
Yes, a copy is fine.
No it's a ca. I'D I had surgery there about 5 years ago would I still be in the system o
LAC+USC UNIVERSITY IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY COME EARLY MOURNING AROUND 6:30 6:45 IS ON HOOVER AND JEFFERSON IN LOS ANGELES
In the park llot that's where we park..
Hi Eduardo. It depends on where your relative is. For building H(the main tower) its all day for most units and floors but different units have restrictions. They might allow you to be on the unit's waiting room, but you may have to wait until a certain hour to go into your loved ones room. Like the other person said, call and ask. You will have to go in through security and get a visitor's pass.
Record department building A first floor
If you're there you walk up to the counter every 15 minutes to ask for a cancellation to take that spot and if not then you call them every 15 minutes and ask if anyone has canceled and you will take that spot good luck to you
Only if you have medical or health insurance.
The hospital does have Diálisis unit, but you would have to start with consultation by going to the clinic. The lobby in the main building (H) has an information desk. Also, if he's pediatric age, there's a pediatrics clinic off of Zonal Ave in front of the USC Medical campus.
You can request medical at the hospital to help with medical coverage, it is in building A on the first floor
Yes, but they call it lac-usc hospital
Yeah the emergency room lacusc it may take a day but the students of usc are studying, they will try as hard as they can to charge ,make it as hard as they can to get you to leave but our taxes already payed the bill
They do. It is Level 4 NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit).
