my lower back is in alot of pain, I can't get to the bathroom on time and pee my self, my foot is asleep. do i need to go in the emergency room?

Specism the emergency service ..... it takes more than two hours for you to tend and one more hour for the doctor to look at you ........ and one with strong pains ...... stand up that there is only one doctor tending to all those people who arrive ..... lousy servi
