How long I wait after getting cancel a day before my surgery for a hysterectomy because billing issues which got fixed a day before but still got cancelled without give me a chance of check if my medical was fixed

Well if you in fact you your Medi-Cal issue fixed then I'd imagine that you should be able to reschedule your surgery ASAP
