I had an appointment today for my passport. Unfortunately their photo services were not available, but there was signs everywhere so that was helpful to know ahead of time. The line was confusing for an appointment, I figured out that I was just supposed to go to the front. Whoever hired Snow, SHE NEEDS A RAISE. She handled the appointment and walk-in lines with a mastery of multitasking that I just wish I had for myself and my coworkers. She helped me so much today and made my first passport application easy. THANK YOU SNOW!

My package has been "In Transit" there since May 11, I'm writing this review on May 30th. I called facility but the very unhelpful representative who answered refered me to U.S Consumer Affairs. Pretty sure my package was stolen/lost due to the lack of customer support I received from USPS and from this facility.

If you delivery in a truck after 2pm it can take 4 hours to unload. You enter off gage Ave and check in around door 178. They will pass you around to other doors to get unloaded. Then exit the opposite street. It helps it go faster if you can help unload with a hand cart truck.

No, that would be your LOCAL Post Office (Bring the necessary photos, as they do not take passport photos, last I heard)
Go online for a list of the offices that allow you to file for passports.
There are certain post offices that process passports...go online or visit your local post office and they can tell you the closest passport post office near you...
Keep calling back. Your next option is to file a complaint with the Postmaster General. Yiu have the option of the Post master for Los Angeles or the head of the USPS by writing to D.C. office. Talking to the parties on the phone is fruitless. The other means is to sign up for their informed mail delivery service. The portal will allow you to submit a search and an escalation.
I keep waiting also my packages. Yes. But it's all union and lazy. Are you delivering. ? Get there before 2 or it takes a long time . If you are a customer then goto website cuz these guys have an attitude of just want to leave work.

When you send cds and pictures the post office has a policy to hold on to them and check what’s on it. They do this to make sure no one is spreading illegal media. They have a big poster stating that. Call and see why they are still holding it. A friend sent pictures and cds a couple of months ago. Some of the cds and pictures didn’t arrive in the package.
