Terrible customer service there's a lady with glass chubby that treats you with such attitude and rudeness she comes to work angry 😡 never coming back if people don't like the job why work there pluse many workers available and only one window open

I relocated from Texas here too cali and yes they are very rude, I wanted too purchase a po box, called the voters registration office and was informed I could use the top card that had my name address and voters number, well the girl at the window asked the supervisor and said I said no you have too have the voters card, I'm like ma'am the voters register said I could and she is on the phone, she argued with the the register , so i got back on the phone and the lady said that they will be reported , I had too let my daughter purchase the box for me then I paid 108 dollars for a box so small I don't even think large mail could fit, but yes they definitely need too be replaced, the mail carrier also when he delivered my daughter package I ordered for her he placed it on the top of the mail boxes in her apt complex and someone took the package and it said deliver too the person and they sign and show theirID, it was dresses that cost 250 dollars now their being replaced by the company but they have too pay the company,back but told the company that it was delivered but how they got caught in the lie was because no signature and no picture , i reported too the post master and nothing was done too the post man about it,,Amen

Horrible horrible!!! Aside if the fact this place is extremely dirty the people working here have horrible additudes. Not professional at all very ignorant people working here. Not only that, I dropped off a package on friday it is now Thursday with no updates or tracking information. I had a time frame to return this but since this was lost & never scanned I'm out $287.00 dollars!! Very disappointed! Never coming back to this post office!! Management should really consider getting new people & try to act like an actual post office.

Very very bad experience. Bad attitude clerks, they close sooner than posted. Today they suppose to close at 3:30pm, went at 11:20am and they were closed. Yesterday they didn't open. They really need to change ALL the personnel. Really bad services. And they charge too high for shipping services.
