No , but hurricane harbor yes , knotts berry farm is suited more for younger kids
There is a very small area for young children. My 2 year old was able to ride those rides. Unless you go with a party that has someone who can stay with the baby while getting on bigger rides, I would say no. Hurricane Harbor yes.
