TOTALLY! They have done a really good job in making bigger rides more accommodating as well. I see kids in lines wondering how they even have the nerve to get on these beasts... But back when I was 9yrs old things were different. I've been taking my boys since they were 7.. 12 and 14 now and they love it just the same.

My 6 and 12 year olds loves it. No need for fast pass though as most of what they can ride don't use them. All the Little kid area is quick lines and most of the other ones they like to ride have quick wait times. The fast passes are really only good if you are wanting to ride all the big rides which have huge lines
Yes! They'll love it. My daughter is 4 and enjoys getting on the rides, the ones she's able to. Aside from that, they have toon town for kids. I wouldn't get the pass either, unless it's a crowded weekend. It'll be worth the extra $
Yes i would i wouldnt necessarily pay extra for a fast pass
