Edward from Lexus of Valencia is the best! I’ve been going to him for over a year now to service my car and he is by far the best one there. I’ve had other staff members for servicing my car, but they do not provide the level of customer service Edward does. He is very personable and ensures your needs are met. He listens to your concerns/needs about your car and takes action. Not only that, he gives you honest opinion about your car needs and affordable options. He always goes above and beyond. I was in town with my wife visiting some friends and throughout my whole stay, I’d browse the internet looking at Lexus SUVs for sale. I happened upon a 2016 Lexus RX450h at Keyes Valencia Lexus online. It was love at first sight for my wife. We went down to the dealer on black Friday and were approached by Mark. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We asked to see the car and it was even nicer in person. Super clean!! We got down to business and at first the monthly payments were too high but the whole team was determined to work and meet me at my desired price point. They made sure we were comfortable with our purchase! They even put a red bow on it like in the commercials just for my wife! We’ll definitely be going back for our next Lexus!
