Payless was very prompt in helping us with our water heater that has been leaking into our garage. The receptionist is kind and was able to send out a plumber right away for help. Spencer has been very helpful in installing our new heater and explaining the situation and giving us options as well. He did the work in a very professional manner and we didn’t have any issues with the water heater installation so far.

Danny and his trainee Jordan were superb! Danny was totally professional, meticulous to details and he knows his crafts well! They replaced a 30 years old leaking 100 gallons water heater. They’ve done just a great job that I have no doubt that it will last another 30 years, though the warranty is a lot shorter than that. Thank you!

He was polite and efficient but they couldn't schedule me before Friday morning and I was able to utilize the services of a licensed general contractor in the family and get it done that day.
