Super unprofessional ! Especially MS SOTO! Who has zero knowledge or want to help you . Been sitting here with a broken furnace in the freezing cold and all she cares about is that I have a boyfriend here? Told me to re apply and put him on the case . HE DOES NOT LIVE HERE !!!! Just because someone visits to help me with medical concerns I have to list him? Pathetic people this office should be closed and I’m calling to report this entire company . Useless. Talking about I have to close my snap case and re-apply at my new address when it was already done. Now I have a snap case I closed because of you guys , provided all the paperwork possible , you show up to see if I live here , verified all that was necessary to deny me Bc I have a boyfriend . Mind you I got no call backs . I had to call to figure out. This office is filled with useless people who do more than just interrogate you to then say “you’re not looking poor enough” for me to help. Soon as the case worker came here I felt like I was being judged Bc I was organized lol. I guess I have to look dirty , on top of having no job with a tumor cyst preventing me to walk wasn’t enough for this office . Thank you for being a complete waste of time . Can’t wait to report every single last one of you .

Nasty and very unprofessional. Waited on the phone for over 30 min! Finally i got to somebody she hanged up on me right way before I had a chance to talk. Well, Really they deserve 0 stars, yet i decided that it might be the other Dept are not so sharp and nasty like the SNAP dept. Shame on them.
