I haven't lived there but hearing so much how nice it is. Having a property manager that she is very nice and the maintenance man also. Looking forward to add my name to the list again. I went there about a year ago I love how the place looks. I was called for apt at North Manor. But at that time I already moved to another place. I am going to put my name back on the waiting list.

I have been living here since June. I love it here. Everyone has their own entrance to their apartment. This is a 55 and over residence so it is quiet. Linda, who is the property manager is a very nice person.Walter who maintains the residence is very friendly. Northgate manor is also very safe as the police station is nearby. I highly recommend this place.
