Henry Mayo refuses to allow more hospitals to be built in Santa Clarita. They have to be the only hospital. There are millions of urgent cares but only one er. Their er is extremely small- expect to start there 5-8 hours even if the waiting room is empty and not get a room because they keep those empty for "affluent" patients so you'll be in the hall way. Additionally, if you're getting a procedure or surgery you will have to pay a small COPAY plus what the hospital charges which can be thousands of dollars. We called our insurance claiming they are covering everything but Henry mayo LIED and said our insurance isn't paying in full. So yeah, we are getting legal involved. Basically they added those hidden charges. For what? To expand their emergency room? Better pay their employees? Nope! Pocket the money of course.

My mother has been hospitalized at this location quite a few times she has cystic fibrosis and other medical problems. Every single time she has been admitted at HM the nurses and doctors have been very helpful and showed concern to make sure they Comunicate and keep me up to date regarding my mother's medical health. The place was w Always kept clean and staff are very welcoming.

Every time I have had to go to this hospital it has been a nightmare. We were brought in to the ER by ambulance for my 10 month old who was having breathing difficulties. He has a few abnormalities that cause choking episodes that lead him aspirating. Well .. they decided to place our child in a room with another poor women who would scream for help who was severely sick with 105 fever!!!! We are so careful to keep him well due to his issues it was just negligent and reckless. Why an infant is placed in a shared room I will never understand.

It's a privilege to have a hospital right at the middle of the city, Henry mayo has a good and friendly staff always willing to help you, especially the ones working on the pathways they have nice and well kept areas. Lots of space for parking but still hard to find an empty spot.

I am so sorry I didn't see your message before. I apologize. Minors are allowed to have one parent with them.
Call the hospital and ask for medical records. They will tell you what you need to do. It's easy, just a release form.
Hello - All patient rooms are currently shared rooms that include a privacy curtain, windows and bathroom. Our new Patient Tower opening mid-year will offer private rooms.
Our cafeteria is open everyday during normal visiting hours.
