Got denied on October 4th, it is now October 15th, I have yet to be refunded my holding deposit, I was told it was mailed in the form of a check to my current address. The payment was taken by card so not sure why the funds wouldn’t have been refunded the same way. I still haven’t received the check and no one even verified with me if this was even a good mailing address for me. I’ve chopped the $100 up as a loss, every time I reach out I get little to no help, I asked for a phone number to talk to someone, they give me the property managers number which is weird because when I email I was told there was an accounting team that cuts the check and the property only puts in the request, but I call anyways and get no answer, pointless run around, you guys clearly need the money more than I do, even though I’m the one needing to find a place to live. Why even take holding deposits pre approval/pre-denial if you guys can’t quickly and effectively give them back. The manager eventually called me and helped me get it all sorted out
