If they give you 232, ask for another apartment. That place is haunted. My soda can flew across the room by itself. My workstation chair shook several times. There's someone kicking my bed at night. I was done 😩. This is in addition to not fixing AC from May to August 2021. They are also raising apartments rates higher than law permits and have the nerve to say that I was in breach of contract. If they don’t fix your AC, call the city of Rancho Cordova inspect safety and livability.

They have roaches everywhere place is infested inside and out

This place is a dump! There are lots of bugs in this place. Cockroaches, Loads of Gnats in your apartment to name a few. Parking is horrible in this place and very tight carport lanes for your car or truck. the walls are paper thin! the area is very bad with high crime rates with police helicopers flying around the area looking for criminals. There are homeless people loitering around the apartment complex at late hours. Cars get broken into. Don't move to this rip off of a place.

Avion is a wonderful place to call home! The property manager, Alex, does an excellent job of ensuring the property remains a high quality place to live. She is always very friendly and keeps you up to date with monthly newsletters, which is much appreciated. Felicia in the leasing office is also always very helpful and friendly. She is considerate and addresses any concerns in a timely manner. It is never a hassle going into the front office and the team has always been able to resolve any issues I've had. Excellent office staff! Paul, the maintenance technician, has always gone above and beyond to ensure everything is in good working order and the place just wouldn't feel the same without him! Paul brings a great neighborly atmosphere to the place. The maintenance supervisor, Dion, is also always very helpful and friendly with a smile on his face. He is always quick to help and makes everyone feel welcome. The grounds are well maintained by CJ, who is also always very friendly and appreciated. He definitely keeps the place looking nice. Overall, Avion has great facilities and excellent staff that truly makes it worthwhile. Highly recommend.
