Aug 12, 2022 Another mediocre experience. My vehicle is always well taken care of, but there is a lack of personal touch at this location; expect 30+ min at drop-off and pickup. When I arrived and pulled into the service carport, I sat in my car for 20 min; at least 5 people who worked there passed by and no one asked if they could help. It is unclear who is in sales, service, management, etc. I went into the service office and stood there for another 10 min. before what seemed like a senior associate (maybe a manager, not sure) asked if I had been helped. I explained that I already checked in for today's service online, but there was no direction provided on where to park, leave the keys, let someone in service dept know the car was here, etc. He said, "if you checked in online, they you're all good, just leave the keys in the car"..... 30+ min to find this out. Similar situation when I came to pickup the car, waited forever for someone to acknowledge me. Once I was being helped, then it was super quick, less than 10 min to pay and get the keys, but with no appreciation for my business and no discussion on future service recommendations. Recommend a manager or senior service member to only have one job: make sure everyone is being helped coming in and going out, thanking customers for their business, and providing service analysis and recommendations. This one thing will lead to increase in value. If you are already doing this, the process and personnel need to be reviewed.

We were ready to buy a FJ cruiser there, driving 1hr and 20 min away. Then they call us at 630pm saying they're closed. Website says they close at 8pm. We will not be wasting our time or gas again to go there. We were almost there when he called us. UPDATE: AL and Mark took care of us really well. They apologized for the miscommunication and got us a great deal, we are happy with our car and they filled up the whole tank for us. This team owns up their mistakes and will treat you well. I totally recommend this dealership they can be trusted.

My family and I went in to inquire about our end of lease options and we weren't expecting to buy a truck but we rolled out with a NEW 1500 Rebel! It wasn’t easy due to a used truck inventory issue with a sister dealership. We loved a used truck that they offered and made arrangements to purchase it but the other dealer had it “reserved” for someone else. Even during our frustration the team provided excellent customer service and made it right with a brand new truck. It wouldn’t had happened without James (sales) and Kim (financing) who are absolutely the BEST! James is knowledgeable and friendly. Kim is helpful and trustworthy. Thank y’all!!!

They have very poor customer service. I’ve spent A LOT of time sitting, waiting for hours on end for repairs and witnessed many calls that were ignored. They are terrible to deal with. Robert Andrews, their service manager, is terrible. Phil Evan, a service advisor, is just as bad as Robert. This place is just awful.
