I consulted Brad with PWS about an issue with hard water scale affecting my regulators and fixtures in my house. I had been replacing regulators that had become caked in scale in less than 6 months time because of the hardness of the water coming in. There were options offered, and I explained that I could not go for the normal full size option as I did not have a basement or dedicated space such as a garage to put the system. The main water line to the house was on my patio, and as such I didn't want to see large tanks. Brad offered 2 other options including a medium sized option involving cabinets instead of large tanks. I explained that atheistic was very important. Brad found cabinets that he could order in white, and a much smaller footprint than the typical large tank system. All of the equipment was sourced locally, so the supply chain problems weren't an issue. I had the system ordered, delivered, and installed less than a week from the initial consultation. The installation was done very quickly considering the amount of work involved. (they had to go under my house through a crawlspace to access the drain line) From the beginning it was clearly explained what options I had to choose from and what advantages each option had or didn't have. The removal of Chloramine from LAWP water I never thought to be important. It is. PWS is a professional solid option. Highly recommended.

Pro Water Solutions is great! Brad was knowledgeable about all the options, systems and competitors’ solutions and pricing. I knew what it was we wanted, and he cut straight to the point on what they could offer. Jack came out to do the install. He is professional, super relaxed, detail oriented and was happy to explain the system step by step. The installation was very clean, and they worked with me to add a new main shut off valve, a pressure regulator, and a hose bib post filtration for the garage. Pro Water Solutions was immediately responsive to my query through Angi. Brad was knowledgable, professional and most of all, patient - no hard sell here. Brad helped me cut through the fog of confusion that was preventing me from solving my water problems. Brad arranged for a consultation at my home where my problems could be investigated and properly diagnosed. He personally came to my home, arrived right on time, and tested my water and water pressure providing a thorough check up. Once my problems were diagnosed, we scheduled an installation appointment or the following week. I had questions in the interim period leading up to the installation, and Brad was accessible and extremely helpful. In short, Brad was amazing. On Installation day, Jack and Nick arrived right on time, surveyed the situation and and completed the installation in a timely manner. They were happy to answer questions and were eager to explain how everything worked. But while they were working they realized that the water pressure in my home was dangerously high. To my good fortune and relief, Jack and Nick diagnosed this additional issue. While technically the issue they discovered wasn’t necessarily an issue they needed to deal with, they were prepared to deal with it nonetheless. Without missing a beat, they replaced a broken water pressure regulator and in the process they “healed” every leak in my house. Since the installation, I’ve remained in communication with Brad and Jack. They’ve both been generous with their time. Brad, in particular, has followed up several times to see how things are working and to make himself available in case I have any further questions. In short, Pro Water Solutions is aptly named. They are professional and they solved my water problems, even problems that fell outside of the scope of their core business. The price was right and the customer service was out of this world.
