Absolutely. Highway 20 towards Twisp at the top of the pass, you will see a sign or 2 (like the brown camping signs) pointing to the entranceon the right (sign I believe is on the left). It's a snow pack road typically but it's kept plowed. See skitheloup.com for more info.
Less than 30 minutes from Okanogan Town, turn right just before Loup Loup pass on 20, 2 miles off the highway. You will find compact snow & ice on the secondary road. Gate to parking lot is locked when ski area closed.
