Not sure for the tour but I saw one group went in with some tour guard.
The la conservancy does conduct walking tours that do include the Bradbury building, but I am not aware of any docent tours of the Bradbury building The Bradbury building is a working office building; visitors are kept to the ground floor
We were there about a month and there isn't tours for that building. You can only view the ground floor. According to the security guard, the other floors are for businesses and general population is restricted from going to the other upper floors.
you can see the main hall on the ground floor by just walking in but for tours you would have to check at the office on the ground floor if they have any but i believe any tours would have advance reservation.
You can only visit the ground floor, since it is a residential building. No tours are available, you can only take a look for as far as I know. We went two days ago and we could only see the main hall.
