I just bought one of your pies. But, I won't eat it until Christmas day. In the meantime.should I leave it at room temperature or put it in the refrigerator?

I agree with Robert Morris. I always keep mine refrigerated though.

I suggest a refrigerator, with that said at room temperature it should be okay due to the sugar content
