Yes you can still go, but my advice is get there by at least 10am so that you can make it to the spot next to light house..The best spot to swim is by the lighthouse , so take goggles and sunscreen...
Yes the park is usually always open sun up to sundown...and yes the actual light house have different hours seperate from the actual park times.. But yes the parks open
