Beautiful views! Lighthouse was a nice climb was not too tall and was in good condition they said after hurricane Andrew they did a restoration and keep up maintenance. We had Tim as our tour guide and he was exceptional and spoke very well! We went early right when they opened at 10am and there was only a small group of us and that’s the perfect time to go before it gets too hot! To enter the park it was $8 for per car. Lighthouse was free and they accept donations! The beach nearby was clean and clear! Had chairs and umbrella rentals and picnic tables near parking out front.

This is a lovely and beautiful spot at the end of key biscayne island. Only $8 per car, $4 per motorcycle, to enter and enjoy this very special park. Clear waters, perfect for pictures, plenty of activities to do: fishing, walking, cycling, grilling, etc. Very quiet and surrounded by so much nature... It was great to appreciate the restoration and all the work is been made to the lighthouse, and what better way to welcome guests that displaying old parts of the original lighthouse. The sign explains pretty good where each part comes from. Beautiful piece of history 👏🏻

It's so pretty! We usually visit while bike riding around the park. You can go in and climb all the way up the light house but I believe it needs to be with a free tour (check the park website for more details). There's also a cottage that you can check out. Overall it's a very nice place to visit!

It is worth the drive all the way to the light house. Beautiful place to walk and take some good photos. There is a beach and a park on the way to the lighthouse so you can stop there as well and explore Key Biscayne
Yes you can still go, but my advice is get there by at least 10am so that you can make it to the spot next to light house..The best spot to swim is by the lighthouse , so take goggles and sunscreen...

I've read from another user here they sometimes close after 12pm for crowd control purposes when there's already too many people.
Because on the website it says that the beach is open and when you arrive you see that it is closed, at least indicate it beforehand and update the page please

It's a national park. The entry is $8 per vehicle regardless of how many persons are in the vehicle. If you are exempt in any way, I assume you won't have to pay it. There is handicap access and a cemented path to the light house from the parking lot, not from the beach. Follow the signs, you won't miss it.
The truth is I know nothing about it, I went on Sunday and the divine truth everyone enjoying the water. Using common sense helps, if the beach is polluted, the most convenient thing is not to get into the water and enjoy the whole place that its beautiful
Yes you can, space is bit tight. Usually they let in limited visitors so you might have to wait. It's open from 9am to 4pm . Tuesday and Wednesday it's not available.
But it's worth it, amazing view from to very photogenic scenery.

No, there is no possibility to take pictures from the lighthouse at the sunset. The park closed so you have to leave the park. The are also rangers which remind you to leave the park.
Every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., you must stand in line at the door because, due to its age, you can only go up in groups of 8 people, make the wait less worth it !!!
