City hall is the place to go if you are 4 yrs old and older. If you are from 0-3 it's old office across the street from city hall . Thise new rules un the vital records office door. It's $29.00 for copy and you revieve it same day less
City Hall first floor. I would call because they separate by year where you pickup. I was born in 1977 so city hall was my place.
