Help! What do I do if my package said it was delivered today and I don’t see it anyway! I looked all over and couldn’t find my package! I tried calling customer service and they were no help!

Go in person..they should do printout of package showing where it was sent. It happened to me. Error on sorting UPS..my friend paid almost $50 for overnight..their errir..we had correct address but sorter slapped a different label on.. we're still waiting for refund.

Got to the physical location..ups

eBay opened the case for a refund not ups.

Did they open a case?
