Does the organization works as veterinary? My dog is having itching and some allergies in his skin and I would like to bring my dog for some test and treatments.

No they are not available for medical issues. They only supply minimal services to the animals in the shelter and for spay/ neuter. You would need to contact a local vet for the skin issues with your baby. Best of luck.
