Very disappointed in poor customer service and lack of accountability. Called ahead to the store at 6:20pm to find out what time the store closed rep said 8pm. Found a sitter for my kiddos and drove 35 minutes to my nearest location only for them to be closed. I phoned inside after I arrived and was told by staff Oh The Girl Who Told You That is Still Kinda New She Said 8pm But She Got it Mixed up We Closed at 7pm... it was literally shortly after 7 and people were still in the store. I asked why didnt someone just ring me back the moment she hung up and realized she sd the wrong time (no response). My sitter cost me $25, my premium gas for my SUV cost me $4.95/gal, I had to drive 32 miles EACH WAY and my time! This is beyond ridiculous. It was suggested that I just return the next business day. Why would I commute 128 miles and pay a sitter twice... to purchase items that wont cost me more than $50. The complete disregard for my time was just beyond disappointing.

I found more stuff in this store it was clean and organized. I did not feel like I was in a flea market having to search through racks.

Always been one of my favorite stores, but today I had a terrible interaction with the male that works there. Came in to do a simple exchange for something I JUST bought within the hour and he then told me if the exchange didn’t work out that I couldn’t return it and get my money back. With COVID going around and your dressing rooms being closed. I didn’t see why it would have to be a final sale? And he also didn’t have to be rude about it...

I never really shop here , but i ordered some work shoes online and wasnt the right size & they had to give me store credit apparently couldnt even get my money back even though i used my card , Second time i returned something wasnt my size they still couldnt give me my money back considering it didnt fit me and they’re dressing rooms are closed & then they told me their policy doesnt honor returns basically so be thankful . Terriable experience considering this is the 3rd time i shopped from them. Although they have decent sales & cute clothes
