Are these dogs free to adopt? Or do you guys know any shelters where you don't have to pay? Because my parents don't have to money for a 500-1,500$ puppy. I'm looking an I found this was the highest started shelter. Please answer soon as possible.

No they are not free but you can go to the animal shelter and only pay maybe 40 dollars
