Hi Shyree, We would recommend that you bring him to the Humane Society, Alachua County Animal Services, or any other local veterinarian's office to scan for a microchip. Once he has been scanned for a microchip we can try to locate his owner. If he does not have a microchip, he would need to go to Animal Services for a stray hold. Thanks, HSNCF Management
Is that the only place we can take him
You'd have to drop him off at Alachua County Animal Services. The Humane Society north campus in NW 6th doesn't accept surrenders.
ACAS does public intake. You can drop him off when they open in the morning.
