As a commission only employee is there a limit to how many hours/days they can make you work each week? Company keeps adding appt times and making days longer. There is no time allotted for breaks/lunch. Most time is driving and in appts.

If they control your time your an hourly employee.. breaks meals and overtime apply.. if you don't sell more than minimum wage they need think make up for the difference

That would be better answered by the labor commission. Head down there and ask...the commissioner is quite helpful and incredibly nice.
