I'm writing this review even though I officially haven't paid for any services from these guys, but my girlfriend has had to get 2 new windshields in the last 3 months and these guys were excellent, I did not go with her the first time but today we went down to get new glass for her 2008 Mercedes C300, staff was friendly and we were in and out within 45 minutes. Not only that but my girlfriend had called Monday to get a quote for the glass, they quoted us $199 over the phone on Monday. When we arrived today the nice young woman at the front asked my girlfriend if she had called ahead and when my girlfriend confirmed she had they just asked what she was quoted over the phone and that was the price they gave us, not a single penny more, absolutely amazing in my opinion! Just based off what I saw today I will now be taking my own car their after a short vacation to get some tint done! Thank you guys for taking care of my girlfriend not once but TWICE. As long as we live in Big Bear you guys have our business!

Great work. Good quality glass. Don't bother making an appointment, it's a waste of time. They'll take you in but get to your car when they get to it. Be ready to not have your car back till the end of the day if you have them do alot of work.

Alright i guess, $150.00 for a 2016 Rav 4 driver side window. Had to come back for windshield today. A little bit of a wait, but the Manager must have seen i wasn't feeling well cause of the heat & gave me his lunch & cold water, who does that?! He does! Unbelievable! Don't bother looking around for the best deal in San Bernardino or even going to Los Angeles you've found the best deal here! Never in my entire life have i ever experienced such great customer service. Well highly recommend to any & everyone.
