I was suppose to get paid last Monday 6/10/19 checks came in Tuesday was told I can't cash it till told Wednesday I cashed it and the check bounced now it's Monday 6/17/19 and still haven't gotten paid what can I do about this.

I was fired from my job due to a fraudulent claim. They said I missed too many days and my work performance was weak, which was false because I clocked in and out everyday until I was fired. Plus, during my shift I cleared out two trailers.... What should I do about this?

If I work 10 hours and get one lunch are they allowed to adjust my time?

Yep go to the labor board and file a wadge claim plus penalties do it right away cause it will take a couple of months till you have a meeting with the comisoner

You should file a wage claim to recover your wages and waiting time penalties
