They have some humpback whales all year but you'll get the best show in thr warmer months

Ive gone all times of the year and the humpbacks are present pretty much everytime. Blue Ocean is great about the timing of their trips.
During the winter you will see plenty of gray whales and possibly humpbacks and others. I am not sure if the grays feed in Monterey, but the humpbacks sure do!
