It can get rough up top since it swings more, hold on at all times. The Blue Ocean crew is great! You can see fine from the lower deck too. Most people on the trip we did didn't even want to go up top.
Though ,the staff dont recommend this, you can still go to upper deck with your daughter provided you are with her all the time.. you will surely enjoy the trip
