Approximately 150 feet East of the entry to the Lava Hot Springs hot pools is a small gateway on the North side of Main St. That is the entry to the Sunken Gardens.
There are a couple places you can enter. But the most effective place would be to take a left when leaving the hot springs and walk up the hill and the entrance will be on your left.
If your standing at the entrance to the hot springs by the bridge, turn right and follow the sidewalk up the hill. The entrance to Sunken Gardens will be on the left after about 100ft.
